Tandy Petersen
Owner, Chef, & Chocolate Maker

Tandy’s love for food began in the Wyoming outdoors, cooking with Dutch ovens and naming cattle after spices. Her culinary foundation was built during six formative years with James Beard–nominated Chef Kevin Binkley, where she mastered classical technique, leadership, and fine-dining service. She has since cooked in some of the world’s most renowned kitchens and led teams from Spain to Alaska to Phoenix. Today, she pours her passion and precision into Embers Chocolate, her award-winning bean-to-bar brand.

Rebekah Swift
Pastry/Sous Chef

Rebekah Swift is a Pastry Chef at heart with the training of an Executive Chef. Chef Swift is known for creating pastries so detailed and delicious they almost look too good to eat.

As head of our pastry team, she’ll bring her talent for crafting unforgettable, from-scratch creations to life in Tandy’s kitchen.
